During this trip you discover Komodo and Rinca, by private boat! We sail through the most scenic parts of the archipelago and we dive into the underwater-world. Later we set foot on shore to meet one of the most majestic animals of this world; the Komodo Dragon!

Day 1, Komodo, overnight onboard

Upon arrival transfer to the harbor to check in on your private boat . Along the way to Komodo we make plenty of snorkel-stops, the underwater-world surrounding the islets is breathtaking. We stay the night onboard near an island where flying dogs live in the mangrove trees.

While enjoying a magnificent sunset, you will be watching these animals, while they leave their habitat by the hundreds in search of food. A magical day!

Our cook will prepare a delightful dinner on deck, while a thousand stars shine down on you.

Day 2, Rinca, overnight onboard

In the morning we make a walk over the island of Komodo. Here you will see the Dragons. We return on board to sail to Pantai Merah, a magical place full of beautiful shells. Here you will also find the most beautiful coral reefs of the area. After our afternoon snorkeling-stop we sail towards Rinca and stay overnight on board in the bay of Rinca

Day 3, Labuan Bajo, back to Bali

In the early morning we make a walk over the island to enjoy the magnificent panoramic views. Here you will meet the majestic Komodo Dragons! Rinca is a place which doesn’t see too many tourists and one of the few places left in the world where these ancient animals are to be found. Back to Labuan Bajo to catch your flight to Bali.

Practical information

Accommodation The boat trip will be done with a private boat with cabins and a simple bathroom (comfort class). For the standard class we use simple boat and you sill sleep on deck. There is a small Indonesian toilet on board.
